On Thursday (17th of May), anyone can taste the vegan and allergen-free dishes of István Varga chef. He cooks vegan, lactose- and gluten-free dishes at the University Campus on Kassai street.István Varga chef makes vegetable soup with dried buckwheat and onions, his second course is zucchini spaghetti with dried tomato sauce and the dessert is fluttered cake.
These dishes can be tasted by anyone today at the University Campus on Kassai street, between 11:30 am and 2:00 pm.
Campus Sebestyén Restaurant, which serves the menu at the university canteens, has been preparing lunch for vegetarians, too during the past few years, but their main goal with this vegan and allergen-free menu tasting is to invite future guests to the canteen who will be offered vegan, lactose- and gluten-free dishes at the university canteens.
In case the guests enjoy today’s special menu, the Campus Sebestyén Restaurant plans to serve vegan, lactose- and gluten-free lunches at the university canteens and they will also have a home delivery service in the future.
