Ryanair opens a new call-center in Debrecen. The number of the flights from Budapest-Ferihegy are under discussion.

The Ryanair company will terminate all of its Budapest-Ferihegy flights from this autumn if Budapest Airport did not reduce the flight related costs – László Tamás, Marketing and Sales Manager UK and Eire at Ryanair.
The company will consider how long they will use the services of the airport, reducing the number of flights or even finish the contract.

Ryanair operates 4 routes from Budapest maintaining 180 jobs. Last year 177 000 passengers used these flights. The Ryanair will close the call centre in Cluj/Kolozsvar and open a new one in Debrecen employing a couple of dozen people.

Now they looking forhelpdesk staffto communicate in English but later they will hire other language speakers too.
