Last night a vehicle with Belgian license plate was took under operation because of a breach of the highway code on the border cross point of Nyírábrány.
The documents of the Belgian driver was under control by the border-guards. The man was also checked up in the system of the wanted. It turned out that the 33 years old man is wanted in Belgium. According to the available data of the register, a warrant of apprehension was initiated against the perpetrator in Turkey by the INTERPOL; he is accused with the reasonable suspicion of murder.
As it turned out from further cross-checks, it was ascertained undeniably by the police that this Belgian man and the wanted is the same person.
The 33 years old man was caught and detained by the police forces. On 24th August he was brought up to the Law Court of the Capital.
