The new sports hall would be built by reconstructing the south-eastern part of the DEAC sport sites. The hall would be of 2160 square meters, one-fourth of Főnix Hall. Entries are expected until 20 January, 2012. The chairman of the jury will be István Fábián rector of the university, the co-chairman Ákos Kováts chief architect of Debrecen. The investment will cost around 1 billion forints. The sports hall is expected to be built in 3-4 years.
