The Generali Night Run will be held for the seventh time in Budapest on Saturday, and feature competitions on a range of distances from 500 metres to half-marathon, organisers told MTI.
The event held in the historic city centre is expected to draw some 4,000 people, they said. Children’s races will be held in the afternoon on 500 and 1,000 metres. Adults can compete on 6, 9 or 21 kilometres, with the half-marathon starting at 10pm, they said. In view of the coronavirus epidemic, hand sanitisers will be provided for participants and organisers will wear masks.
