The purpose of the public hearing is to inform the affected public about the subject of the procedure and to present the key elements of the documentation related to the permit amendment. Participants will be able to ask questions and submit comments concerning the amendment application and the related combined environmental impact assessment and integrated environmental permitting procedure.

The public hearing will be conducted by the environmental protection authority in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. The event is open to the public and anyone may attend. EcoPro BM Hungary Zrt. continues to cooperate with the authorities to ensure that its activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable legislation and the conditions set out in its permits. The company hopes that the public hearing will provide an opportunity for factual information-sharing and help facilitate constructive dialogue among the parties concerned.
