The Debreceni Sportcentrum is organizing a large-scale international athletic competition for children, to be held on 9 June, Saturday in the Gyulai István Atlétikai Stadion in Oláh Gábor Street.
More than 360 young athletes from about 20 sport organizations are going to compete with each other. Competitors from all around Hungary, as well as Kosice, Cluj-Napoca, Oradea and Mukachevo are going to come. The host of the event, the Debreceni Sportcentrum-Sportiskola will be represented by nearly 70 athletes. The event is organized for children not older than 12 years. The competitors will try their skills in 60 m sprint, 60 m hurdles, 300 and 600 m run, long jump, high jump, pole vault and 4×50 m relay. The competition starts at 9.30 am on Saturday. The organizers welcome every interested one.
