In the past two days, 700 ventilators have been delivered to Hungary, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó told MTI.
Health-care experts and scientists are debating the probable course of the novel coronavirus epidemic in the future, Szijjártó noted. The Hungarian government is therefore preparing for long-term prevention, and continues to procure the equipment necessary for that fight, he said. “We need to have the equipment to protect Hungarians in the long term,” the minister said.
