The man was growing marijuana in a house in Téglás.The Debrecen Court sentenced the man for 6 years and 10months in prison for growing marijuana in his house and trafficking with drugs. The man was growing marijuana in an underground cellar system in Téglás.
The second-instance prosecutor of the case received 2 years of imprisonment for drug possession, the sentence is suspended for 5 years.
