Forest Offices, most modern office building of Debrecen will have been finished by the end of the year.Construction work of Forest Offices has already started. According to the plans, the modern office building will serve as a business centre in Debrecen. The five-storey-building will be 22,000 square meters big and will have a parking lot big enough for 225 cars. The building will be implanted with environmentally friendly, energy efficient architectural solutions, bright interiors, green roofs and LEED Gold qualified engineering equipment.
The office centre will be a 10 minutes long walk from the city centre and its green environment and roof terraces will serve the comfort of employees working there. Restaurants, cafés and a number of other services will ensure the vivid atmosphere of the place as well.
