Services of the university will be developed from almost 875 million Forints given by the European Union and the government.
The purpose of the project is to develop services related to foreign universities and to the labor market, to enhance schooling capacity and to enlarge the efficiency of university courses.
University of Debrecen has the greatest number of foreign students among Hungarian universities: 3468 students from 76 countries. With this project more bilingual courses will be launched, exchange student programs will be extended to the Far East and to Western European countries.
Edit Szűcs, dean of Faculty of Engineering says that 75-80% of those students who graduate at UD can find a proper job immediately after the graduation, or at least within half a year.
