The Chronicler of Belle Epoque – this is the title of a new exhibition that opens in Salgótarján (Borsod-Abaúj-Zemlén county) and presents the graphics of the iconic French painter, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.The so far not presented graphics of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec will be shown to the audience for the first time in Hungary at the Béla Dornyay Museum in Salgótarján. After Poland, this is the second stop for the selection of 45 lithographs that have been invited to several major cities of the world.
Toulouse-Lautrec is among the best-known painters of the Post-Impressionist period, with Cézanne, Van Gogh, and Gauguin.
The display can be visited in Salgótarján until the 16th of August, 2018.
