Kick off your spring break with a great movie at the American Corner Debrecen.
La La Land is a 2016 American romantic musical film written and directed by Damien Chazelle. The film stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone as a struggling jazz pianist and an aspiring actress, respectively, who meet and fall in love while pursuing their dreams in Los Angeles.
As always, this is a free program; registration is not necessary. Organizers will serve popcorn, and there will be a short (the movie is 128 minutes long) discussion afterwards. The movie will be screened in English, with Hungarian subtitles.
