Twins were riding the motorbike that collided with a car in the center of Debrecen on Thursday night. One of the 23-year old brothers died, the other got desperately wounded.
Captain Károly Kovács reported that the accident happened because the driver of the car hadn’t given way to the motorbike. After the crash, the injured were taken to hospital: the twin brothers with life-threatening, the car driver with minor injuries. One of the twins, the passenger died of his injuries later that night. Police records say that the driver of the motorbike didn’t have a driving license for the vehicle he was driving. Presumably, he was going fast and it’s also possible that he was intoxicated.
