A 32-year-old man was taken to the Hajúböszörmény police station for stealing jewelry and a pig.
A man called the police in 14 May 2017 that someone stole a 300 kg swine from his courtyard in Hajdúdorog. The police went to the scene and after a thorough investigation they have managed to identify the thief. During the identification process, it turned out that the thief has broken into five other properties and has stolen jewelry from each of them.
The 32-year-old thief, Ferenc L. was taken to the police station for interrogation. He said that had sold the stolen animal to a 59-year-old man, Zoltán B.
A procedure was initiated against Ferenc L. on reasonable suspicion of theft.
Zoltán B., who bought the animal from Ferenc L., was also taken to the police station, as he knew that the swine was stolen. A procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of possession of stolen goods.
