A recent study has been published by Time Map, which shows the chances of white Christmas in some parts of the country.
According to the map, the outlook in the east is now quite good, the chances of a white Christmas near the Romanian-Ukrainian border are around 80-96 percent, but the chances west of the Tisza are declining sharply and the chances of snow cover are falling to around 50 percent in the rest of the country.
Of course, the uncertainty of the forecasts is still relatively high, but if the situation does not change much in the coming days, we can rightly hope for a white Christmas.
