Repairing the defects of the 2,500-meter-long and 40-meter-wide runway was done on time.
Due to the increased traffic in the past period, there has been an increase in pavement defects in the active operational area of the airport, which is why the Debrecen International Airport was closed last week due to urgent repairs.
The pavement repair work was completed, so traffic resumed at the airport on Monday morning.
