A car caught fire with large flames in Debrecen on Wednesday, following a similar vehicle fire in Hajdúnánás on Tuesday.
The incident occurred on István Road, where firefighters from Debrecen were dispatched to the scene and extinguished the blaze using a single water jet.
According to the disaster management authority, the fire was caused by the explosion of a portable charger that had been left on the back seat. One person was inside the vehicle at the time but was not injured.
