Hajdú-Bihar Central Police Station is initiating procedures against two men, Istváb B., 20 years old and Zoltán F. 48 years old, on reasonable suspicion of theft.
According to the available information, on 15 June 2015 the two perpetrators were caught stealing two bicycles that were parked in front of a medical institution.
Police is now looking for the owners of the stolen bicycles pictured above.
