The event was organized for the fifth time on 2 February.
This year’s program focused on the international visibility and collaboration. Among the morning plenary session speakers were József Pálinkás, President of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Ervin Balázs, a Hungarian Higher Education Accreditation Committee, and György Mihály, president of the National Council of Doctors.
The program was designed to draw international attention to Hungarian education and research results, and to enhance the possibility of more objective measurements of international rankings.
The afternoon session was continued by the following meetings:
First Session: roundtable discussion with the experts of national and international rankings on higher education organizations
Second Session: doctoral training in the Carpathian Basin
Third Session: Innovation forum, at which the innovative ideas submitted to FORT contest were presented
