The Debrecen Tribunal acts as the second instant court in the case of Róbert M. and his companions. The man got perpetual imprisonment at first instance.The prosecution says that the criminal organization named “Black Army” was involved in prostitution, collecting protection money and they didn’t shrink even from gun fights in order to get what they wanted. Attempted murder, blackmailing and the misuse of firearms are also on the charges. The prosecutor suggested life imprisonment for the leader of the organization while his advocate asked for acquittance for lack of evidence. The representative of the prosecution suggested imprisonment for 23 defendants out of the 29 and they got a total of 100 years at the first instance.
