Police Headquarters of Hajdú-Bihar County has started a procedure against an unknown perpetrator of violation of freedom and other crimes.
The man took away a cell phone from a 10 years old boy on 9th November, then he locked the boy to the stairway of a house and left him there.
Police Headquarters of Hajdú-Bihar County asks if anyone sees the man on the identikit, call 107 or 112. The man is 170-175 centimetres tall, brown-haired, grey-eyed.
