The American Corner organizes its annual pumpkin carving contest on Thursday, 24 October 2013.
Program Details:
FREE ADMISSION
The hard-to-scare and the scared-y-cats are invited to attend a special craft program – Pumpkin Carving Contest to have a Halloween blast together!
5:00-5:15 pm Handing out pumpkins
5:15-7:00 pm Carving
7:00-7:30 pm Judging and Halloween Games – Trick or Treat for those in Costume
7:30-8:00 pm Contest Results
- To participate you must register with debrecen@americancorner.hu or simply stop by the AC by
- October 23, 5 pm as a group of 2-3.
- Please bring your OWN carving tools, e. g. spoons, knives, etc.
COSTUME CONTEST
We would love to see our guests in their awesome Halloween costumes. Participate as a group or an individual. Results at 7:30 pm.
TRICK OR TREAT FOR KIDS IN COSTUME
Bring your trick or treat rhyme or a poem and song line up at the doors and if you present the short rhyme you’ll be treated well!
ARTS AND CRAFTS
Make your own Halloween crafts and your unique Halloween felt pumpkins in the meantime.
