Hajdú-Bihar Central Police Station was informed about an attempted car theft on Holló János Utca, Debrecen on 31 December 2015.
After the phone call the police went to the crime scene immediately and thank to a thorough investigation the perpetrator was found within a short time.
According to the available information, a 14-year-old boy attempted to steal the car, an Opel Corsa, by starting the engine with the help of a pair of scissors.
A procedure was initiated against the perpetrator on reasonable suspicion of theft.
