S.F. cypress man was sentenced to 2-6 years of imprisonment for sexual abuse.
On 16 August 2016 S.F. moved in to a Debrecen apartment and became the roommate of a cypress woman. On 17 August, the man and the woman had sex, after which the woman said to S.F. that it was a one-night stand and she asked the man to stay in the other room of the apartment until they were in Hungary.
On 19 August the man and woman went to a club with their friends; both of them were drunk. As they arrived home, S.F. took the drunken woman to her room and he stayed with her. The woman fell asleep and the defendant raped her. The next morning the plaintiff told the man to leave the apartment.
S.F. was sentenced to 2-6 years of imprisonment; the sentence is final and binding. Besides, the cypress man was expelled from Hungary.
