The Traffic Police Department of the Debrecen Police Department conducted proceedings against a local resident due to the well-founded suspicion of the commission of a misdemeanor for the negligent cause of a road accident. According to the data of the investigation, the suspect drove off in Debrecen, on Sámsoni út – with the intention of turning around – without giving priority to another car, so they collided. One person suffered serious injuries in the accident that occurred on the afternoon of February 23, 2022.
The Debrecen police carried out the necessary procedural actions and sent the resulting documents to the competent prosecutor’s office.
