The Imami Association and the editorial team of Debrecenimami once again organized their traditional “Flowers for Mothers” event in celebration of Mother’s Day.
The community flower planting took place on the morning of Sunday, May 4, in front of the entrance to the Déri Museum. Participants planted flowers provided by the local municipality into two flowerbeds.
This event offered an opportunity for those who wanted to express their love and appreciation for their mothers or grandmothers in a heartfelt way. Alongside the flowers, participants placed heart-shaped signs with names, making it easy to locate their personal plants later on.
The event was supported by the City of Debrecen and featured a demonstration by Evelin Kovács and Pajti the dog from the Terápiás Tér Foundation.
