Nowhere Boy (2009) takes place in Liverpool, England in the late 1950s. The film presents the teenage years of John Lennon, one of the most famous British musicians of all times, and it focuses on the controversial relationship of Lennon and his aunt Mimi.

Those who like the Beatles and the atmosphere of England in the 1950s will love the movie which was nominated for four British Academy Film Awards.
