The National Directorate General for Disaster Management has a new application for smart phones, with which people could report emergencies.
If someone reports an emergency, he/she will receive a massage that gives useful advices until the help comes; for instance the massage says that drivers should avoid the scene of a given accident or it gives information on the expected road conditions.
