444 billion Forints were given for touristic investments between 2007 and 2013 in Hungary.
A press conference was held yesterday in Debrecen in which Viktória Horváth, the deputy under-secretary for tourism said that touristic enterprises had won 291 billion Forints from the European Union. 57% of this amount, namely 166 billion had already been paid off.
She emphasized the importance of the domestic tourism that could provide stability for the Hungarian enterprises.
