On 21 September, a commando team attacked an innocent woman in her home by mistake.
Ágnes Tóth is to sue the police for damages caused by this misguided terror on her.
The police broke into her house and separated her while they were performed a perquisition for drugs. When they realized the mistake, they just left without any word of sorry.
However, Ágnes has not be able to get over this concussion. As she says, she is afraid of every small noise during the day, and has nightmares at night. She fears for her children. She even has to had contact a psychiatrist to help her mental recovery, so she would like to hear an apology by the police and also to get some compensation.
