15-year-old boy robs lottery booth in Debrecen

A 15-year-old boy was taken to the Debrecen police station for stealing cash, lottery tickets and candy from a lottery booth.

A woman called the police on 13 November 2016 that an unknown person broke the window of a lottery booth, located on Balaton Utca, and stole cash, candy and lottery tickets from it.

Fortunately, the security cameras have managed to record the perpetrator. Within a short time, the police could identify and find the robber. The 15-year-old boy was taken to the police station for interrogation; he admitted that he had committed the robbery and he also said that he took the cash home in a dustbin.

A procedure was initiated against the young perpetrator on reasonable suspicion of theft.
