Red weather alerts were declared in several Hungarian counties by the Hungarian Meteorology Service.
The Hungarian Meteorology Service has issued red alerts for sleet for the following counties: Pest, Bács-Kiskun, Békés, Csongrád, Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Hajdú-Bihar, Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Komárom-Esztergom, Nógrád, Tolna and Veszprém.
According to weather forecasts, besides sleet, rain, wind and snow are also expected. The lowest temperatures will be around -3 and 3 Celsius degrees and the highest will be between 1-7 Celsius degrees.
