Special emphasis is placed on the development of primary healthcare in the New Phoenix Plan Caring city program. Accordingly, from 1 December 2019, emergency dental care and oral surgery will operate at a new place, in a state-of-the-art and patient-centred facility, instead of the consulting rooms at 11 Szent Anna Street.
Diána Széles Vice Mayor said that the restructuring of primary healthcare was aimed at providing quality services to citizens. Emergency dental care also forms part of it, and can now be found at a new place at 7 Rákóczi Street, and its availability has been determined in line with legal regulations.

According to effective legal regulations, the emergency dental care is open on weekends, public holidays and days off work from 7.30 a.m. to 1.30. p.m. in consulting room B, at 7 Rákóczi Street, Debrecen.
