A 26-year-old man was taken into custody for beat up his two dogs with an iron bar.
A woman called the police on 27 June 2016 that his neighbor in Hajdúszoboszló beat up his two dogs and other animals with an iron bar and put them into a sack. After the call the police went to the crime scene and ID’d the 26-year-old man. P.M. showed them the sack to which he had put the animals that were still alive.
The perpetrator was taken to the police station where a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of animal torture.
