On Saturday morning, a woman reported by phone that a heavily intoxicated man was approaching and harassing pedestrians at Ötvenhatosok Square in Debrecen, and could not be calmed down.
According to the police report, officers stopped and checked the man at the scene, and an alcohol test confirmed that he had consumed a significant amount of alcohol.
The 41-year-old local resident was detained and taken into public safety custody for severely disturbing public order and harassing others.
