Nyíregyháza, 7 August, 2012. The Debrecen VSC was eliminated from the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round.

The Debrecen VSC was eliminated from the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round, as after the 1-1 away game the DVSC was beaten 2-0 by the BATE Borisov of Belarus on Tuesday in the return match game at Nyíregyháza.

The defeat means that the DVSC in plays in the last qualifying round of the Champions League. There the opposition will be selected by draw on Friday.
