He attempted theft twice in the city center.
The Criminal Investigation Department of the Hajdú-Bihar County Prefecture of Police is conducting a procedure against unknown perpetrator for attempted theft based on the following facts. On 29.04.2011. and 21.05.2011. the man in the attached picture tried to steal money from the ATM at 81 Piac Street but was unsuccessful. He is around 25-35 years old, 170-175 cm tall, thin, has white skin, short, brown hair and no special identifying marks.
