The police caught fourteen people and took another thirty-five to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Eleven perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and one other was taken into custody on the basis of a warrant for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. One person was taken to the police station as a suspect.
There were two traffic accidents from which both resulted in serious injuries.
A 19 year old person was caught stealing candy and chocolates in a supermarket in Debrecen yesterday afternoon. After the security guard called the police, the perpetrator was taken to the police station and a procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of theft.
