The University of Debrecen has the most foreign students in Hungary comparing with other higher educational institutions in the country.The University of Debrecen got the first place on the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) list regarding the number of foreign students at Hungarian higher educational institutions. The university is among those 250 universities and colleges that have the highest number of foreign students studying at their faculties and departments.
Quacquarelli Symonds analysed data from 84 countries and 959 higher institutional institutions. There are four American universities on the first four places of the QS list: 1. Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 2. Stanford University, 3. Harvard University, 4. California Institute of Technology (Caltech). The London-base Quacquarelli Symonds analyses data of universities and colleges regarding the number of foreign students and foreign professors, scientific researches and personal opinions.
