The Hungarian Meteorology Service has issued a heat alert for sixteen Hungarian counties on Friday.
On Saturday, temperatures hit 30-35 Celsius degrees in the following countries: Pest, Baranya, Bács-Kiskun, Békés, Csongrád, Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Hajdú-Bihar, Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Komárom-Esztergom, Somogy, Tolna, Vas, Veszprém and Zala. The lowest temperatures will be 20-26 Celsius degrees.
According to the Meteorology Service, a cold front arrives in Hungary on Saturday night, which will cool down temperatures and will bring cloudy, windy and rainy weather.
