Workforce retention, digitization and brand building – the answers to today’s labor market problems and questions were sought on Thursday at the professional forum organized at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen, where the HR Master Level Awards were presented for the first time.
The lack of skilled labor is still typical in Hungary, so the ability of companies to retain their workforce is extremely important. According to experts, it is not enough to raise wages, good workers should be appreciated and should be recognized, and their work should be rewarded with various benefits.
The purpose of the event, which is connected with the professional forum, is for the HR profession, managers and future professionals to receive up-to-date information about the latest HR trends, and current and expected labor market trends.
