Due to track maintenance works, replacement buses will run between Tokaj and Nyíregyháza from Tuesday to Thursday instead of some trains, Mávinform told MTI.
According to their information, due to the works carried out between Tokaj and Rakamaz, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, instead of trains departing from Tokaj and Nyíregyháza between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., passengers can travel with replacement buses.
Some InterCity trains run only between Keleti railway station-Miskolc-Tokaj and back, and between Nyugati railway station-Szolnok-Debrecen-Nyíregyháza and back. Between Tokaj and Nyíregyháza, instead of InterCity trains, passengers are transported in both directions by IC replacement buses, which depart from Nyíregyháza earlier and arrive later, they wrote.
In Nyíregyháza, there is no connection between the replacement buses and the Budapest-Szolnok-Nyíregyháza Tokaj InterCity. The trains between Tiszalök and Görögszállás will also run during the track maintenance, in Görögszállás the connection of the trains to the replacement buses between Tokaj and Nyíregyháza will be ensured – read the announcement of Mávinform.
