The film of Jasmila Zbanic from 2006 is about a 12 year-old-girl and her mother who are trying to make ends meet after the Balkan war. The small budget movie with the title Gbravica – Land of My Dreams won the main prize of the Berlin International Film Festival in 2006 and several other film awards.
