The Greek Catholic wooden church in Debrecen-Józsa was consecrated on November 7. The event was also attended by László Papp, Mayor of Debrecen, who expressed his joy on his Facebook page that “The Greek Catholic Organizational Priesthood in Józsa has grown in recent years with the dynamic development of the district,” thus, it became justified to build their own permanent home.
The wooden church handed over today, with its specialness, will be a real adornment at Józsa, and those who enter the house of prayer can find peace of mind here. I wish the temple to be filled week after week!
