The Clerk of the City of Debrecen with County Rights once again informs the residents that a dog census will take place in the administrative area of the city of Debrecen between January 1, 2023, and April 30, 2023.
During the dog census, the dog holders must fill out a data sheet and deliver it to the municipality.
The data-sheet can be downloaded here: https://www.debrecen.hu/hu/debreceni/papiralapu-ugyintezes/allattartasi-allatvedelmi-ugyekkel-kappelsatos-eljarasok – and also from https://ohp-20.asp.lgov.hu/ from the home page (selecting Debrecen County Municipality and entering the term Ebzöszéirík data sheet in the search engine). The form can be filled out, saved and printed online, but submitting it electronically is only possible with a customer portal login!
It is also possible to pick up the form in person at the Mayor’s Office of the City of Debrecen in the Új Városháza building (Debrecen, Kálvin tér 11.) at the customer service desk 14 during customer reception hours (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Thursday between 8.00 and 17.00). You can hand in the completed data-sheet in person at the same office, during customer reception hours, or place it in the file collection box of the New Town Hall.
Data can be provided by post by sending the completed data form to the Administrative Department of the Mayor’s Office of the City of Debrecen (4026 Debrecen, Kálvin tér 11.).

During the dog census, data must also be provided in relation to dogs with microchips already included in the central register and dogs reported during or after previous dog censuses.
