Debrecen Zoo recently announced with joy that the naming vote for the zoo’s little llama has concluded. The name Pizsi won by a landslide.
From now on, the curious and increasingly playful little llama will officially be called Pizsi, and she can’t wait for her name-givers to visit her in person at the zoo.
In Hungarian, pizsi is a cute nickname for “pizsama” (pajama), often used affectionately for someone playful or mischievous.
