Furniture caught fire in a kitchen of a family house in Nyírmihálydi, on Görbe street on Sunday morning, the county disaster management reported.
Before the arrival of the Nyíradony professional and Szakoly municipality firefighters, the residents started to put out the fire. The units extinguished the fire with a water jet and then ventilated the smoke-filled building. During the intervention, a gas bottle was also taken out of the house. The residents temporarily moved in with their relatives.
