Hajdú-Bihar police have closed the case.
According to the available information, a 42-year-old man was working on a construction site, when he had an accident and he died on 25 September 2018.
The police investigated the case; they have involved experts who stated that the construction vehicle that the 42-year-old man was working with, was transformed irregularly and that the labor safety rules were not respected by the employer. It also turned out that the worker has not received any training on safety.
The 38-year-old employer was interrogated by the police as a suspect and a procedure was initiated against him.
