Katalin Lévai Juhászné, politician was censured by Courthouse of Debrecen because of forgery of documents.
According to the indictment, Regional Development Council of Hajdú-Bihar County created the Development Agency to handle administrational and coordination related tasks. In 2003 Juhászné was the president of the Council.
The indictment says that Juhászné’s decisions as a president are questionable, contain false contents about the Development Agency.
Pleader of the politician appealed.
